D bindings for CPython, taken from https://github.com/ariovistus/pyd, all credit goes to the pyd authors.

If you are using dub, please remember to select a configuration that matches your python version. Otherwise, please inspect dub.json to find the relevant version flags.

If you are not using dub on a posix system you will have to take care of linking to the relevant python libraries.
