raylib bindings for dlang

To use this package, run the following command in your project's root directory:

Manual usage
Put the following dependency into your project's dependences section:

dub.json

dub.sdl

dray

dlang bindings to raylib v3.5.0

all you need to do is add this package as a dependency and it should automatically build the C library and link it in.

note that raylib has some of its own dependencies such as OpenGL.
