To use this package, run the following command in your project's root directory:

PCM and ADPCM utility.
Features
- Currently supported codecs: 8Bit Unsigned PCM, 16Bit Signed PCM, IMA ADPCM, Dialogic ADPCM, XA-ADPCM (currently not fully working).
- Simple resampling (untested).
- Read and Write *.wav and custom *.pcm files (*.aiff coming soon!).
